Day 3

We worked on are maxes today I definitely got higher than expected on most of the workouts, I got 287 for deadlifts, 253 on squats, 152 on bench press, 113 on push press and I can’t remember my clean but it was around 130 or 140. I got 63 on air squats, 45 on push-ups, 48 on sit ups, 14 on pull-ups with green band and 20 on burpees.
