Day 27

Today I did lower and started with deadlifts

For 50% I did 140 pounds , 70 percent on 200 pounds, then 75 on 215, and 80 percent on 230 pounds

Then 3 sets of ten on front squat with 360 pounds

Then dumbbell lunges with 25 each side

Then hamstring curls for 3 sets of ten on 130

And 3 sets of ten on ghd extension on 60 pounds

Then 540 pounds on calf raises

And a 12 min cardio

Then did 2 of the 3 twelve days of Christmas workouts
