Day 2
We several different exercises and I felt good my hamstring wasn’t hurting today and I got 1200 meters on the row machine.
Day 1
I worked out for 1 hour and 45 min. I hurt my hamstring a bit on the deadlift and skipped the squat rack other than that I did every single exercise and felt good. I sweat a lot and over a very good first day
